Simple Dumplings
- 2C. All Purpose Flour
- 1½tsp Salt
- 1Tbsp Baking Powder
- 2Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1C. Warm Water
Instructions
Mix Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder. Add Oil and Water and mix till smooth.
Make sure dough is not dry at all. Add a little water if needed. Dough should be moist and soft.
Add spoonful of dough to boiling broth or soup then reduce heat let simmer for 4-5minutes. If using a small pot cook dumplings in batches.
