Baked Potato Notes
Instructions
All oven types: Larger potatoes will need more time. Poke potato all over with a fork.
Convection Oven: Place potatoes on oven rack. Bake at 350° for 60minutes.
Conventional Oven: Place potatoes on oven rack. Bake at 400° for 60minutes.
Optionally you can coat potatoes in olive oil and salt.
