Mint Chutney

  • 2C. Fresh Cilantro
  • 1C. Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Inch Piece of Ginger
  • 2 Green Chiles
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2½tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1Tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¼C. Ice Cold Water
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • ½tsp Salt or Add Salt to Taste

Instructions

In a dry hot pan toast the cumin gently.

Add the water, cumin, lime juice, garlic, chile, sugar, and ginger to a blender. Blend well. Add the cilantro and mint then blend to desired consistency.
